Hi! I'm Paul Vince Rosales
... and I used to live in fear and doubt.
Born in 1981 in a small Idaho town and raised in Billings, Montana, I was blessed with a stable, loving family. Despite this, from a young age, I struggled to find where I fit and was uncomfortable in my own skin, seeking solace in sports and the outdoors.
College marked the beginning of a tumultuous period where I tried to discover myself through drugs and alcohol. This led to a relentless cycle of fear, doubt, and anxiety, with little respite until I embraced sobriety on March 21st, 2017.
In my recovery journey, I found my true self. Today, I'm the brother, son, uncle, friend, and employee I had the potential to be. Sobriety, however, wasn't a solo endeavor. I've been blessed to work with amazing counselors, connect with inspiring individuals in AA, and benefit from the guidance of a life coach.
I met my coach, Carlos, who empowered me to help others feel the same way he made me feel. Life coaching, I discovered, is a journey of empathy, compassion, attentive listening, and personal growth, unlocking even more hidden potential.
Passionate about this work, I believe in the potential of everyone willing to improve and be vulnerable. My journey brought courage to overcome fear-driven obstacles, the bravery to have vulnerable conversations, and the ability to design a fulfilling life.
Now, I know what brings me happiness and fulfillment. My goal is to give the gift of my experience in sobriety and in addiction to those understanding there is another way. Each day, I learn more ways to incorporate those elements into my life. Challenges persist, but I navigate them with a clear sense of direction.
Working with clients seeking happiness, confidence, energy, and purpose is my calling. Coaching is a powerful experience, and I would be honored to share time with you.
